If you wish to return your item, please contact us HERE. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
You can return, refund, or exchange items within 10 days of receipt if they meet the following criteria:
- Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or stained upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size or color.
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that did not meet your expectations within 10 days of receiving.
When you return an item, we will issue either a store credit or a refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Please note that returns due to a change of mind incur a 20% restocking fee. Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds on ‘sale’ items. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for sizing issues. As an online retailer, it is your responsibility to verify the sizing of clothing and accessories before purchasing.
All product specifications are listed on the product pages. Since we operate online, it is crucial to double-check the details and images before making a purchase.
At this time, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders with discounts or sales of 30% or more. This policy helps us maintain the best possible prices for our customers.

Warranty
If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged or not-functioning.
Any water damage to the timepieces is not covered under warranty, as we strongly recommend not submerging the pieces in water, or exposing them to water. They are water resistant however warranty does not cover water damage. Thank you for understanding. Battery changes are not covered under warranty, strap damage from use is not covered, If ever any small components are damaged due to every-day wear, those are also not covered.
Additional Term
All limited edition collections are non-refundable (change of mind), as there is a strictly limited amount of stock and once they are sold out, they are sold out. We are unable to re-sell them again.
